You can request repeat medication by coming into the surgery or faxing us (0208 805 8128). Requests must be made 48 working hours before the prescriptions are required, and can be left at the reception desk before 12 noon for collection after 3.00pm two working days later (Monday to Friday) or can be posted to you if a stamped addressed envelope is supplied. The outside post box is for use out of hours. A collection is made daily at 8.30am Monday to Friday.
We do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone as this can lead to mistakes.
Other options for obtaining your repeat prescription are collection by a local pharmacy or requesting them using our Patient Access service. You can either speak to your local pharmacy who may be able to arrange requests and collections or you can utilise our Patient Access service that allow you to request repeat prescriptions as well as book appointments online (more information can be found here).
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)
Please approach your local Pharmacist at whichever chemist is most convenient for you, request an EPS nomination form from them, sign and return. The pharmacist will then advise us of your request and all subsequent repeat prescriptions will be sent directly to the chemist on your behalf.
